Self Directed Training Plans

We provide many Self Directed Training plans covering many sports, topics and events in fact too many to list here on this page. This type of plan is set based upon you needs, fitness and sports objectives. Starting with an initial consultation and a lifestyle interview  we match the best training plan with you. Sometimes internet free plans don't suit the individual or focus on the areas that can facilitate greatest improvements as the plan is a "for everyone" or "average person" plan. If you are going to invest 6-15 hours in training a week don't you want to be the best that you can be ? so for more information on SDTP which could be a 12, 16 or 20 week Ironman or Marathon Plan or more for details contact paddy@podiumfit.ie

Off the shelf training plans suit people with a specific target who don't like or cannot with work / life commitments make club or organised sessions.
